Saturday Morning Pack Walks

Group walks with other dogs and their people.

Pack walks are a great way to socialize your dog and get them used to being around other dogs in a structured and controlled environment.

Learn How to Take Your Dog on a Focused Walk

During our group pack walks, you will learn how to do our “Focused Walk” with your dog.

During Focused Walks your dog:

Will learn to walk next to you
Will learn to pay attention to you
Will practice obedience skills around distractions
Will gain experience listening to you around other dogs and people
Will learn not to pull or drag you

During pack walks, we will stop at various times along the way to practice our obedience skills around distractions so your dog listens to you better around other dogs and people!

These walks take place at various locations in and around Santa Barbara.

For those of you that have not trained with us already, you are still welcome on the walks, but an initial evaluation will be required (by appointment only).

Saturday Morning Pack Walks
Join us every Saturday morning for our weekly pack walk!
Focused Dog Walks (from your home or office)
Our trainers will come to your home and take your dog for either a 1/2 hour or 1 hour training walk.

Is your dog walking you? If so, we have the perfect training program that is quick, simple and easy to implement.

Solo Focused Dog Walks (from your home or office)

Personalized walking practice for your dog with one of our trainers.

As an alternative to Pack Walks, our trainers will take your dog on a Focused Walk on their own. They’ll come to you at your home or office and take your dog on a training walk. You may choose the duration – either 1/2 hour or 1 hour.

Our trainer will work on teaching your dog to walk nicely on a leash while giving them exercise. This burns off their physical and mental energy which helps make your dog more obedient on your walks and calmer for the rest of the day!

By appointment only, Monday through Friday 9am-4pm.
Pricing: ½ hr walk = $35.00. 1hr walk = $55.00

Walk Dr.

Learn to walk as a team with your dog.

Is your dog walking you? If so, we have the perfect training program that is quick, simple, and easy to implement. Within just a couple of lessons, we’ll have you and your dog walking as a team. With you in the lead!

We’ll work on teaching you and your dog together to learn how to walk on a loose leash, by your side. We’ll show you how to do our “Focused Walk” which burns both physical and mental energy, leading to a much calmer, well-behaved dog.

This Program Includes:

2 private 1.5hr lessons
2 Pack walks
Training manual/li>
Training collar (Optional)

Pricing: $375.00

*This program is not for dogs that are dog/human aggressive, or leash reactive towards other dogs. Additional training will be required.

Because Santa Barbara County experiences a high rate of canine cough (also known as “Kennel Cough”), we strongly recommend bordetella vaccination boosters every six months, but we will defer to individual veterinarians who use a once yearly protocol. Immunization should be completed at least one week before your pet’s arrival at our training facility.
